TORPEDO is a Veteran and First Responder-led documentary project exploring where service meets what’s next. Through watersports, field research, emerging technologies, and shared experiences, we are documenting how challenge, teamwork, innovation, and community continue to shape life beyond the uniform.
This is more than a documentary. It is a mission to document what’s possible.
We’re looking for Veterans, Service Members, and First Responders from all backgrounds and experience levels. Whether you’ve never stepped onto a board, spent your career on the water, or teach others as an instructor, your perspective has value.
We are seeking participants with a wide range of experiences, interests, and abilities because every journey adds to the story. There are no right or wrong answers—only authentic experiences that help tell a larger story of service, exploration, and what comes next.

WHO WE ARE LOOKING FOR
TORPEDO is open to individuals who are willing to share honest experiences, participate in meaningful conversations, and potentially take part in water-based, adventure, or community-centered activities connected to the project.
Veterans
Men and women from all branches and eras of service.
First Responders
Law enforcement, fire, EMS, dispatchers, corrections, and emergency personnel.

Your submission will help our team build a diverse group of participants whose experiences reflect the many paths of service, leadership, and life beyond the uniform. We’re seeking individuals of all abilities and experience levels, from first-time participants to seasoned outdoor enthusiasts and instructors.
